I Had a good experience with the sales person and found a vehicle that I was very happy purchasing although I was lead to believe all I had to do to acquire the code to unlock the door with a code was go to vehicle that I was very happy purchasing although I was lead to believe all I had to do to acquire the code to unlock the door with a code was go to the Lincoln dealership to obtain it. It turned out that I had to pay an extra fee in order to obtain the code once I inquired about it at the Lincoln dealership. I went back to the Cadillac dealership where I purchased the vehicle and talked to the Manager about the confusion, I was told by the manager he would make a one time exemption for me when i left the dealership. Not once have i received a phone call or email about waiving the fee for the code.I want to give a good rating but in this case I will not, due to the failed follow through by the manager of the Henderson Cadillac Dealership. In response to this review when I receive a positive response back from the dealership the resolve this issue I will gladly retract this 3 star rating. More

We recently found a perfect Cadillac online at Findlay’s, and being from out of state, had Thomas Smith helping us with the entire process from securing it, delivery date, photos, financing, setting up a not and being from out of state, had Thomas Smith helping us with the entire process from securing it, delivery date, photos, financing, setting up a notary in our state and all seamlessly. He was attentive and immediately responsive every step of the process. It could not have been an easier going through all of this from out of state. We throughly enjoyed working with this dealership. Stay away from this dealership, they do not keep their word. I was purchasing a car over the Internet and left a deposit. I received an email from Thomas Smith, Internet Manager that the car was secure. word. I was purchasing a car over the Internet and left a deposit. I guess my deposit and your word saying the car was secure, does not mean anything. Good thing I did not purchase a ticket to pick up the car. (I am in California) I have an idea of what happened, probably got a better offer or the other customer was going to finance through the dealership, which would allow them to make more money. No matter what, you should keep your word and treat customers better. In addition, please be aware of Cadillac's Internet site. Cadillac does not keep very good track of their inventory. Many of the cars listed are sold already. Regarding Findlay Cadillac do better and Smitty as you call yourself learn to keep your word. More

Mr. Hoffman greeted me both times, asked if I'd to test drive the CT-6, to which I replied not necessary, as I had decided that the CT-6 was the vehicle I was interested in leasing. He stated that he has the perfect car for me, and walked me to the indoor display area, and boy was he RIGHT! The buying process was the best I can remember, when buying a new car, I was treated as if I was an old and loyal customer. I'm happy to share, I drove my new Cadillac home that very day! I see myself as a Findlay customer, for as long as I live in the Las Vegas area, and will refer anyone looking for a new or preowed Cadillac to Steve, without reservation. More
