This was our first time buying a Cadillac (used) and the first time at a Cadillac dealer. I was greeted at the door by Ronnie Camden. He was friendly, and professional. He stayed with me throughout the tes first time at a Cadillac dealer. I was greeted at the door by Ronnie Camden. He was friendly, and professional. He stayed with me throughout the test drive and purchase process. He provided a second orientation of the dash and controls prior to my driving our XT4 Sport home. Ronnie also followed up with texts and phone calls to answer any questions and to remind us of our On Star Serius XM registration requirements.
