Good people, great to deal with and no back and forth back and forth with sales people and managers. I also asked them to replace a plastic piece by rear view mirror. Never fixed it or even mentioned it More

This last time I brought it in for a diagnostic check on my StabiliTrak light that would go or show up on occasions. My service adviser indicated that the gas pump in the fuel tank was going bad and was probably the cause of this light and for a mere $1500 I could get it fixed. When we got done discussing that he indicated that my Battery was not testing vey positive and for a mere $600 I could get that fixed also. I took his advisement and declined his offers for repairs. I then “Googled” Stabilitrak light for my car. What I discovered is that a bad battery could cause the “ECM” to register false positives indications for several different operations in the total vehicle. So, I had the battery replaced (same type of battery) in the vehicle and I have not had one “False/Positive StabiliTrak“ light come on. My gut feeling is that if the business would have said that the battery (Testing Bad) would be the problem I would have probably gone with the replacement. But my gut feeling did not like the results I was hoping for. I will continue to get my vehicle serviced by Findlay Cadillac as I have had great service from them. More
The sales people I dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable. With some negotiation I felt like I got a fair but not awesome deal on a used 2019 Mustang. After 3 weeks I am still waiting on an agreed upon repair of the convertible top. I understand that there are still supply chain issues so I am not counting that against anyone yet. Where they lost me was at the very end of the transaction. I agreed to an out the door price and financed it through my credit union. I brought them a cashier's check for the agreed on amount and in the finance manager's office I was told that there was a discrepancy of about $15 on the payoff amount of my trade in and "how would I like to handle that" I was amazed the guy could ask that with a straight face. We agreed on the price and if there was literally less than a $20 difference somewhere in all the paperwork you would think they could take care of that. They also didn't deliver the car with a full tank of gas and I was told that was " pretty standard" I have never bought a car from a dealer and not gotten it with a full tank. I just felt that at the very end of a $35k+ transaction they decided to nickel and dime me. It just left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I had some poor interactions with another Findlay dealership service department about 4 years ago but was willing to give the group another chance. It just seems like Findlay as a whole has a problem with finishing a customer interaction strong. This is supposed to be a luxury dealership and I just didn't get that feel. Overall, I was treated fairly but not "wowed" particularly at the end of the process. More
After buying a $5,450 extended warranty that was suppose to be bumper to bumper, my radio didn't work. Three days later and a bill for $530, I got the car back. Also ask my new and awful Service Advisor Tyl to be bumper to bumper, my radio didn't work. Three days later and a bill for $530, I got the car back. Also ask my new and awful Service Advisor Tyler Sullivan to have my tire pressures checked. He assured me that Service always checked them. Drove out of the Dealership and my low tire pressure indicator came on. Worst service I've ever had. Beware of Findlay Cadillac!!!!! More
