I wrote a review yesterday, but will jot down my rating again. I was very pleased with the whole process of having my yearly service to my car. Everything went smoothly. Always a first class experience at Fields Volvo. Service Department staff treat you with respect when taking in/returning your car. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Fields and it started having problems right away. It was partially my fault for not going to them within the first week of owning the vehicle, but I was relying on started having problems right away. It was partially my fault for not going to them within the first week of owning the vehicle, but I was relying on their representation that the vehicle had passed a 140+ point inspection and was in great condition. It had several issues, but overtime they began to add up. Within a few months, I had to replace both front axles, among other things, which totalled to about 40% of the total vehicle value. I called several times, each time they told me a manager would call me back, but they have never reached out. More

In the mean time i didnt notice hiw bad rear end damage was my fault to until the next day or 2 when the sun was shining on ot a different angle. Door 's out of wack water leaks. Now that there qilling to fix weather stripping thats the least of my concern. I payed over what car is worth and now only duggestion os of im not happy is to trade it in and tske abother loss! Ive had enough of fields volvo. Want bothing to do with them and would give negative stars if i could. I noticed some dull paint on bumver and sakesman said it was because its a plastic piece. But the whole bumber and quarter panel are dull with glue oozing outbof weather stripping on quarterpanel window. 👎👎👎 Cant give enough thumbs down. More
