Dave Ritter made it so easy for me today. I had to bring my car in for maintenance, but requested a loaner to while the work was being done. It was to be a short job, so I was pleased that I could use the t my car in for maintenance, but requested a loaner to while the work was being done. I had shuttle service selected and they(Denise) said they do not see it in their system. Once i showed them the proof they begin to mention they do not have enough drivers. I asked if shuttle service is not do not see it in their system. Once i showed them the proof they begin to mention they do not have enough drivers. I asked if shuttle service is not available provide a loaner ..which also was denied. Finally a supervisor had to step in and provide a loaner ......did not expect this service from Volvo More

I recommend highly Fields. Volvo service. They’ve handled any service I’ve had fairly and efficiently. When I had a serious issue after the warranty, they went to bat for me with Volvo and got it handled any service I’ve had fairly and efficiently.
