Steve Farshi was courteous, knowledgeable and a great listener. My husband and I met him over a month ago, and he did not have a Volvo XC60 with navigation to show us. He was thoughtful, patient & considerate with all of our questions, concerns & desires for these purchases. He took care of us from the initial discussions & all the way through our negotiations & final delivery of our NEW Volvo's. And he has been there if we have any questions about our new Volvo's. David Cederquist is always available to answer any service question. With my original 2004 Volvo he always handled any problems that I may have had. Always scheduled a loner Volvo for my convenience & communicated to me with any issues that may have evolved. Both Barbara & I feel VERY comfortable any time we drive into Fields Volvo.
