Just had my first trip to Fields Volvo with my brand new XC90 - man am I disappointed!! Car is s company car and could not be delivered to Fields because they don’t have a fleet program. I am told because XC90 - man am I disappointed!! Car is s company car and could not be delivered to Fields because they don’t have a fleet program. I am told because the car was not purchased here I can bring it for service but I will not get a loaner while the car is in service -Not even when I pay for it(!)- or any car washing. Hiding behind “Fields policy” and gladly handing the customer the short straw. I am not sure if I am more disappointed with the dealership or Volvo allowing this treatment of customers that just purchased an $80,000 car. DISAPPOINTMENT EVERYWHERE!! Wish I could go back to AUDI / EXCHANGE in Highland Park. They give customers the feeling they are valued and don’t make you a second class citizen. More
Had nail in front tire and though I didn’t have an appointment. Denise got me in and took care of me. She’s the best. Attentive to customer needs , respectful and pleasant.
