They managed to scrap the leather on my gear shift knob, scratch my door handle, and rip the leather on my emergency break and loose a piece to it. My leather seat also has scratches on it. My car's heat stopped functioning in the middle of 0* weather on Saturday. I was 150 miles away! Even though they were extremely busy,they accommodated me and I dropped off the car on Monday. They provided me with a loaner. They needed to order a part so the car was not ready until Thursday but they kept me informed every step of the way. I can always count on these guys to fix whatever is wrong with the vehicle. thanks More
