He educated me on tire basics, and set me up with a new , reasonably priced tires. In addition, he made sure I had everything I needed and managed to get me a loaner, even though I wasn't set up to have one. Javier took over after Gavin left, and he, like always, provided excellent customer service until I drove away (into the sunset). Thanks you guys!! More
