If there is a problem, they listen carefully to my descriptions and suggest areas they are going to check. On occasion, the problem/noise does not occur consistently, yet they have always found and fixed it. Not having one in stock, Javier discovered a used noise canceling tire that would fit. Because we bought the tire insurance plan, there was only a $35 changing fee, and I was able to get on the road and make my husband’s opening night! More
