Calling for Customers Service was a breez and the date was set up according to my own schedule rather done by theirs; quite atypical from the rest of competitors. The staff were very affable and professional. The waiting room area was roomy as well as sunny (in spite of the frozen scenery outside. Free beverages, great coffe and food were also available to us. In summary, I experienced a completely different and pleasant wait knowing that my Volvo SUV was being serviced by professional mechanics at the same time. Kudos for Fields Volvo of Northfield! More

Good service, but for an unnecessary reason A couple of months ago, my 2017 XC90 was leaking coolant. I took it in, they fixed it. I also lost the headlight washer cover, so they replaced that a A couple of months ago, my 2017 XC90 was leaking coolant. I took it in, they fixed it. I also lost the headlight washer cover, so they replaced that as well. Now, two months later, I'm again leaking coolant, and I've again lost the headlight washer cover. Thank goodness I'm still under warranty. I'll probably be back in another two months. The service team, in spite of the trouble with the car and it's repairs, are great. I never have to wait long, they get me in a loaner quickly, are always helpful in answering questions or concerns I have. More

Service was great even though we had a hiccup at first I rated 5 stars because somehow my service appointment time was not in their system even though I made it over the phone a week in advance.
