After an hour she advised us that something serious was wrong with the engine and gave us a loaner while additional work was to be performed. Our car was still under warranty. We were finally told that Volvo was giving us a new motor. If Aneta didn't think to investigate the matter and simply added some oil, serious problems could have occurred while on the road. We have always been satisfied with the exceptional service we have received from Fields. More

I was over an hour late for my appointment to have a flat tire changed but Aneta managed to get my car serviced immediately—no problems nor issues. 10K service I was in for the 10K on my 2019 XC60. The drop off was fast and easy. They had a great loaner car ready to go. I also received a text from the serv I was in for the 10K on my 2019 XC60. The drop off was fast and easy. They had a great loaner car ready to go. I also received a text from the service department that told me how to contact them if I needed anything. Later that day I received a text telling me they were still working on the car. I received another text telling me the car was ready for pickup. Communication between the service department was outstanding. More
