Excellent routine service, with a twist I came in for routine 90K miles service and preparation for a long road trip. Service got in at my desired time and kept me updated. The problem I brought was that the vehicle was rear ended in a moderate accident (it saved the life of my family and 2 dogs, although the other car was totaled), and I asked them to look the vehicle over since it just returned from repairs. They were able to verify that repairs were done correctly, except for a broken emissions part, which will now be getting repaired by the insurance company. David Ritter was very helpful, listened to my concerns, and kept me updated through the process. I purchased my Volvo at the old location and love the current location. They always make it convenient for me. More

Sales Manager Pat My wife and I purchased a used car last week. During the test drive there was a noticeable noise coming from the rear of the car. Zoar, the salesman, My wife and I purchased a used car last week. During the test drive there was a noticeable noise coming from the rear of the car. Zoar, the salesman, took the car to have a tech look at it. After a short time he came back and said the problem was corrected. After purchasing the car the same problem came back after a couple of days. I reached out to the Sales Manager, Pat. She was kind enough to take my call, listen to my concerns and schedule for me to bring the car back to be looked at. It was determined that what was done to the car did not correct the problem, but was rather a temporary fix to something that needed replacement. Pat said that the repair would be done, at no cost to me and my wife. I have to thank her again for taking the time to take my call and listen to my concerns. I also need to thank her for having the defective part replaced, at no cost to me and my wife. She is a true professional and a huge asset to the Dealership. Thanks Pat;.
