It was awesome! Dustin really went the extra mile from a service standpoint. He drove the vehicle to my home for my test drive as well as oversaw the implementation of an entertainment system in the vehicl service standpoint. I recently had a warranty service issue that I did not believe was not handled properly. I contacted Mr. Gordon and explained all the details of my problem. Ron Bigler talked to us on the phone prior to our two hour drive to the dealership. He was very cordial, friendly and informative. He was standing there patiently waiting for our arrival. That gave us a great initial impression. Ron was stupendous! He treated my wife and myself like we were lifelong friends. What made this all especially amazing is that we were only looking at a $9K car, not a $200K AMG! Ron went that extra mile to give us a price that we couldn't refuse. He also "pulled in favors owed to him" in parts and service to ensure we were 110% happy with our purchase. Even after the sale Ron has emailed and called us to ensure we're happy with our purchase. Ron has help us out with a key problem,after the fact. I offered to pay but Ron refused to accept one red cent. AMAZING!!!
