I do not know where to start! I purchased a pre-owned car I do not know where to start! I purchased a pre-owned car at Fields in south lakeland and the car was in top shape! The sales staff, finance guy and I do not know where to start! I purchased a pre-owned car at Fields in south lakeland and the car was in top shape! The sales staff, finance guy and the sales managers were all on the same level. As I was sitting in the sales office the sales manager from the new car sales came over and introduced himself to me, because the used car sales men was busy prior to my arrival at the dealership! everyone would come in and say hi! and even sit in a chair to put them selfs on your level! I personally have never had that kind of customer service before! My sales men steve told me to buy the car only if I feel 100% comfortable, there was no pushing or the question are you going to buy today! They actually let the car sell it's self. It's all most like your are buying a car from your best friend! Over all I really Give Fields Motorcars 110% overall !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
