Overall great experience My husband and I have been considering the GLE 300d for a couple months, but have been car shopping for almost 6 months comparing a multitude of diffe My husband and I have been considering the GLE 300d for a couple months, but have been car shopping for almost 6 months comparing a multitude of different makes. My mother was the one who recommended fields to me. She went just to test drive one of their vehicles and was impressed with the way they do business. When my husband and I drove up we were very impressed with the selection they offered (best out of all the central Florida Mercedes dealers in my opinion) and the cleanliness of the grounds. We looked around the lot for a couple minutes and were not interrupted by a salesperson. We went inside and asked to test drive the GLE 300d they had and by luck we got Chris Hyland. We test drove the car without any pressure, afterwards we asked to have our car assessed for trade in, it only took them around 5 minutes. We came in late and the entire staff they needed stayed back to help us. We walked out with what we felt comfortable with and Chris went above and beyond to make sure we left happy. We will be referring all of our friends and family to the Fields Dealerships and will be buying our cars from them for a long time. More

His approached transcended the requisite sales approach as he truly listened and sought to understand our interests and needs. As we walked through the lot considering possible purchases, Dustin clearly displayed his vast knowledge of the various automobiles. He was not assertive, but rather patient and affirming in his approach. He was patient and provided us as much time as we needed in making a selection. To be quite frank, Dustin's professional demeanor provided confirmation that we needed to purchase from Fields. I scheduled the pick up of the car purchased on a Tuesday, subsequent to our Saturday meeting. Dustin had everything in order and the closing on the vehicle was quick and efficient. Following the purchase, Damon Trueman and Dustin both sat in the car with me while demonstrating all aspects related to technology. I must admit, not having a Mercedes since 2008, I found the updated technology a little daunting. Damon was slow and reassuring while masterfully demonstrating all components. Truly, I don't believe I have ever encountered such thorough service in making the purchase of a vehicle.
