Excellent customer service I am a repeat customer of Bredemann Lexus in Glenview for one reason only and that is their customer service department. All of the service writers ar I am a repeat customer of Bredemann Lexus in Glenview for one reason only and that is their customer service department. All of the service writers are very pleasant. However I usually request Malinda or Christine. They are very knowledgeable , respectful and understanding. These two ladies always answer my questions regarding service requirements and if they don't, they seek out the answer. I insist on Vince R working on my car because he knows EXACTLY what needs to be fixed based on my issues with my RX350. When repairs are complete, he explains what he did and it descriptions I can understand.......NOT MECHANICAL TALK. More
