Best on the North Shore in sales and service. This is my 6th purchase from Bredemann. Kinda funny the way it happened. My wife took her 2013 RX 350 in for service and was given a 2016 RX 450h hybr This is my 6th purchase from Bredemann. Kinda funny the way it happened. My wife took her 2013 RX 350 in for service and was given a 2016 RX 450h hybrid to drive as a loaner car and immediately fell in love with all the technology upgrades that were not on her 2013. That was it. She fell in love so I went to Rick Lewis and asked when the car would be coming out of loaner service and that I might be interested in trading her 2013 for the 2016. I got a call from Rick the day after Thanksgiving that it would be available the following week. We drove in with her 2013 and drove out with her 2016. It was that easy. Bredemann always makes it that easy. I would never consider going anywhere else to buy a car, that's how much I trust them. Jim Dyra was our salesman and he really is a hands on guy. He took the time to sit with us and go over the entire car from stem to stern so that we were totally familier with the car before we drove off. He followed up with us by phone the next day and the day after that just to make sure that we didn't have any issues or questions. How could you possibly ask for any better treatment? BTW, the same applies to their service department as well. The service after the sale is as good as the sale before the service... Try Bredemann. You'll never look back! More
