My sales consultant, Mario Mendez, was very professional and courteous. He was not pushy, nor did he try to go against my wishes but rather worked with me and we came to a mutual agreement. He was very willing to take the time to show me the vehicle as well as recommend stopping by whenever if anything was needed. Overall I was pleasantly surprised and I was treated as if I were buying a new car. They did not make me feel any different because I bought a pre-own car versus a new one and again great experience. I typically buy European vehicles but they may now have a new customer in the future. More

I had an appointment that I was going to cancel due to some unexpected repairs in my home. Malinda was able to have Savro deliver a rental car to my house and bring my car back for the tire replacements. When the car was done, Malinda was gone for the day and Martha picked up right where Malinda left off with out any hiccups! Martha had my car brought back to me and even let me pay over the phone! I truly appreciate this generous gesture as I have a small baby and Bredemann was so very accommodating! Happy Holidays! More
