I typically set up my appointments for early morning. Every time I step out of the car, Malinda welcomes me with my name and a cheerful smile. She is excellent and fast in being able to understand and resolve my problems. They rate from trivial things like I come in and need assistance with my bluetooth or radio system to arranging a loaner for the duration of my service appointment. I particularly enjoy and respect the communications that I have with her. She's quick to understand and resolve any problems or issues. I wish her nothing but the best. More
