Called for service I called for service. Pat answered the phone very polite, and professional. Again, friendly, asked me about the problem, and accommodated me with a mo I called for service. Told me I should be out within 45 minutes of my appointment. I arrived, was met by a very nice gentleman, Marvin. Problem was addressed, fixed, and I was out in half an hour. I have dealt with other Lexus dealerships in the past, this was my first experience at this dealer. Needless to say this is my only choice for any future service and or vehicles. Above and Beyond I called Bredemann and spoke to Marvin D in the Service Dept. in Dec. to schedule me for my maintenance visit. He told me to come in the next mornin I called Bredemann and spoke to Marvin D in the Service Dept. in Dec. to schedule me for my maintenance visit. He told me to come in the next morning and would have a loaner vehicle. He called me mid morning to report any problems with my car. I had a tire sensor light that was broken.
