Another GREAT experience at Bredeman Lexus! I bought my Lexus SUV from Bredeman 11 years ago. For 5-6 years I used them faithfully for all my service, and always had excellent service, but I fo I bought my Lexus SUV from Bredeman 11 years ago. For 5-6 years I used them faithfully for all my service, and always had excellent service, but I found a closer mechanic near my home so I reluctantly transitioned away from them. Fast forward to yesterday when I returned for a safety recall on my airbags. I made the appointment on the phone easily, and was immediately offered a loaner for the day of the visit. Keep in mind I don't regularly take my car there but they treated me exactly the same as if I was a regular customer. I greeted Malinda, my service rep, who remembered me despite my time away. As usual, the experience was awesome, but this time it was even better. When I returned to pick up my car, with the repair done free of charge, my car was not only washed, BUT MY TANK WAS ALSO FILLED TO THE TOP WITH GAS. Really? I was astounded. When I called to thank them, they said it was just a thank you for being a customer (even though I'm really not anymore.) I will return to this dealership when I buy another car (keep in mind my Lexus is running great after 11 years!) Their excellent service and over and above kindness and reminded me again how different this dealership. I'm a true believer that if you treat people well they will tell others, and keep coming back. Thank you Bredeman for going out of your way to make my day! More
