My Service Technician, Martha is not only easy to work with but has vast knowledge of the vehicle (definitely more than I do). Martha always leads me in the right direction whether it's time to do something or hold off if it's not quite time... I never feel like I'm being sold and she fits me into the schedule on short notice which is a huge help. It seems that people like Martha are few and far between these days and her help, advice and ability to make things happen for me is important as I don't necessarily plan these things out in advance. Would highly recommend to any Lexus owner. More
