Attentive and quick I recently brought my moms ES in for service to Bredemann and Christine had met me at my car and asked how she could help. consistent and reliable service I had an intermittent problem with a rattling noise in the car. I went to the dealer ship on two different occasions and was assisted by Martha the f I had an intermittent problem with a rattling noise in the car. I went to the dealer ship on two different occasions and was assisted by Martha the first time and Malinda the second time. Each woman took the time to have a mechanic go for a test drive with me but of course we did not hear the buzzing. I appreciate that when I came in on both separate occasions, the service was consistent and the operating procedures were the same and I was treated with the utmost respect and care for my concern. Vincent was able to diagnose and repair the buzzing noise after it became consistent. I was given a loaner car for a couple hours and in that time frame, the rattling was gone and repair completed. The mechanic insulated and removed some rusted exhaust covers. I know that these intermittent problems can be difficult to figure out, but I appreciate the persistence in the two woman to get my annoying noise resolved for me! Service center Had to take my car in for a minor recall issue. Pat and Marvin helped me from start to finish.
