Scratch body repair I brought my car in this afternoon for a repair estimate on my bumper. I thought I would have to leave it for several days but Malinda looked at the I brought my car in this afternoon for a repair estimate on my bumper. I thought I would have to leave it for several days but Malinda looked at the repairs and said that her detail mechanic could buff the scrapes out. I was escorted to the waiting room. After about a half hour, Martha came to check on me and give me an update. I was given cookies and refreshments while waiting! After about 40 minute total wait, my car was scratch free and washed. My expectations were exceeded to say the least! I would have easily paid for the repairs and I appreciate the honesty and integrity of the staff for not taking advantage of me. I love that your staff ( Martha) is bilingual as I speak Polish too! More
