Each woman took the time to have a mechanic go for a test drive with me but of course we did not hear the buzzing. I appreciate that when I came in on both separate occasions, the service was consistent and the operating procedures were the same and I was treated with the utmost respect and care for my concern. Vincent was able to diagnose and repair the buzzing noise after it became consistent. I was given a loaner car for a couple hours and in that time frame, the rattling was gone and repair completed. The mechanic insulated and removed some rusted exhaust covers. I know that these intermittent problems can be difficult to figure out, but I appreciate the persistence in the two woman to get my annoying noise resolved for me!
