MY 10 YEAR EXPERIENCE My Family has purchased 3 vehicles, Leased a company vehicle, and two years ago got into a new LS 460 Lease. All 5 Lexus vehicles were from Bredemann Lexus without having to shop around other dealers. What I like the most about Bredemann Lexus in Glenview, IL is their management's efforts to keep employee turnover low. The beauty of this ends up in being able to contact the sales person and service adviser without hesitation. People seem to overlook how important it is to establish a good relationship with the service adviser. Consider the number of visits to the service department and sales floor and it will make better sense. In this case, Christine H. from the Bredemann Lexus Service Team has been my family's service adviser since our first Lexus purchase (LEXUS IS 300) from 10 years ago. She recognizes my voice as soon as I get her on the phone and everything from there is just very smooth. I never hesitate to let her know that my parent's vehicle is on it's way to get it serviced because I fully trust her. She knows exactly what type of service we like and works around us. During the end of our last company vehicle lease, we were very close to switching from the LS 460 to the Mercedes Benz S class. However, with so many things going on (work, grandchildren, moving, etc.,) knowing that Christine Hackle and her associate adviser Malinda were still with Bredemann was a very big factor in our buying decision. We simply decided to get into a new lease on a 2015 LS 460 without much hesitation. Like I tell my friends and family, "I don't follow the sales person anymore, I go where my service adviser goes". Hope this review helps to anyone looking for their next new or used vehicle. GET CLOSE WITH YOUR SERVICE ADVISER and if the adviser is not up to your expectations, try to find the right one at your dealership. We were very lucky! More

Another GREAT experience at Bredeman Lexus! I bought my Lexus SUV from Bredeman 11 years ago. For 5-6 years I used them faithfully for all my service, and always had excellent service, but I fo I bought my Lexus SUV from Bredeman 11 years ago. For 5-6 years I used them faithfully for all my service, and always had excellent service, but I found a closer mechanic near my home so I reluctantly transitioned away from them. Fast forward to yesterday when I returned for a safety recall on my airbags. I made the appointment on the phone easily, and was immediately offered a loaner for the day of the visit. Keep in mind I don't regularly take my car there but they treated me exactly the same as if I was a regular customer. I greeted Malinda, my service rep, who remembered me despite my time away. As usual, the experience was awesome, but this time it was even better. When I returned to pick up my car, with the repair done free of charge, my car was not only washed, BUT MY TANK WAS ALSO FILLED TO THE TOP WITH GAS. Really? I was astounded. When I called to thank them, they said it was just a thank you for being a customer (even though I'm really not anymore.) I will return to this dealership when I buy another car (keep in mind my Lexus is running great after 11 years!) Their excellent service and over and above kindness and reminded me again how different this dealership. I'm a true believer that if you treat people well they will tell others, and keep coming back. Thank you Bredeman for going out of your way to make my day! More
