Superb Service My recent service visit at Bredemann Lexus was great. I love that there are WOMEN in the service area! I feel more at ease especially with Malinda. She is confident and smart and I was explained in laymen's terms about the repairs I needed. My husband was out of town and I was not sure about what to do but after Malinda talked me and explained to my husband via email, about the costs and repairs, we all were on the same page and happy with the vehicle outcome. I came to pick up on a Wednesday and Malinda was not there, which she did make me aware of the day before. Martha explained my repairs and took my payment at the service counter. My car was brought inside and I was assisted by Martha and another young man. Both helped transfer my belongings to my car. After a long day, It was a relief for the help and those minor details made the experience at Bredemann one I will never forgot. Thank you for all that you do! More
