Even though I rarely bring in my older RX for service due to little driving, coming in for my yearly check up is always excellent. My most recent visit was with a young lady, Martha. I feel that each time I come in my vehicle is in good hands and my safety is their top priority. This visit I needed to have a few additional items replaced which were explained to me in great detail. Malinda was kind enough to help me transfer all my belongings into a rental as my vehicle needed to stay an extra day. These ladies worked side by side in order to get me all the information I needed and to get me on my way home before rush hour. Bredemann service continues to thrive in customer service! Excellent job girls! More

On my last visit, the girls Martha and Malinda happily greeted me with a big smile and complimentary water bottles. Malinda is always up beat and courteous with her clients and is a pleasure to work with. She introduced me to Martha who's part of her "green team" crew and was very sweet and professional. Not only is Malinda and her team a pleasure, what keeps me visiting the service center is the HONESTY of all the work they do on my aging RX. Bredemann's service dept also offers competitive pricing on most all repair work for your vehicle. Plus, Lexus drivers have the advantage of a loaner vehicle while they service your car. Soon, I'm hoping to visit the sales dept to upgrade to a newer SUV and I expect the same "perfection" service that Bredemann is known for. More
