Management should be extremely proud to have an employee like Malinda whose work ethics demonstrate the highest standards one can ask for. Whenever I come for servicing my car I make it a point that it is Malinda who handles my service needs. She is extremely knowledgeable, is caring and has always shown a genuine interest in providing the best care. She is a true professional who always goes an extra mile. I was just there yesterday to pick up my car after service. Melinda just did not hand me the key, she walked me to my car and, opened the door for me. I can assure you that this is unheard of in the current environment. Malinda is detail oriented and takes great pains to explain everything in detail. Competent, Friendly, Pleasant Service I came in for my 70,000 mile service. Was able to make the appointment that morning. In addition to the service I asked if they would rub out a couple of scratches (which they did at no charge). It was around lunchtime and I was planning on walking to a nearby restaurant and the service agent, Martha, asked if I wanted a ride (I did not). she gave me a card with a number to call if I wanted a ride back. While at lunch I received a call asking if I wanted the brake fluid changed because it was dark and dirty (I agreed). the service was completed on time and at a reasonable cost. Bredeman is consistently excellent and the obvious training and high expectations for the service professionals is obvious. Martha was polite, quick, thorough and easy to deal with. The service experience is consistent with the overall Lexus experience. More
