Competent, Friendly, Pleasant Service I came in for my 70,000 mile service. Was able to make the appointment that morning. In addition to the service I asked if they would rub out a couple of scratches (which they did at no charge). It was around lunchtime and I was planning on walking to a nearby restaurant and the service agent, Martha, asked if I wanted a ride (I did not). she gave me a card with a number to call if I wanted a ride back. While at lunch I received a call asking if I wanted the brake fluid changed because it was dark and dirty (I agreed). the service was completed on time and at a reasonable cost. Bredeman is consistently excellent and the obvious training and high expectations for the service professionals is obvious. Martha was polite, quick, thorough and easy to deal with. The service experience is consistent with the overall Lexus experience. More
