Management should be extremely proud to have an employee like Malinda whose work ethics demonstrate the highest standards one can ask for. Whenever I come for servicing my car I make it a point that it is Malinda who handles my service needs. She is extremely knowledgeable, is caring and has always shown a genuine interest in providing the best care. She is a true professional who always goes an extra mile. I was just there yesterday to pick up my car after service. Melinda just did not hand me the key, she walked me to my car and, opened the door for me. I can assure you that this is unheard of in the current environment. Malinda is detail oriented and takes great pains to explain everything in detail.
