Scratched wheels Serviced the car for few years. Went for oil change, got car back with FOUR scratched 19inch LS460 premium wheels. Dealership said they did not perfor Serviced the car for few years. Went for oil change, got car back with FOUR scratched 19inch LS460 premium wheels. Dealership said they did not perform any work on the wheels so they could not scratch it. Opened Better Business Bureau case same response. So beware. You drop off Your car and get scratched bumper, it's not their fault because they only performed oil change and did not work on the bumper. And please, management, do not act like You care and write comments like 'please give us a call so You can help me resolve my problem' like You did on Google and Yelp. YOU HAD A CHANCE TO HELP ME, DO NOT ACT LIKE YOU CARE BY WRITING THAT YOU WANT TO HELP. PEOPLE READ REVIEWS ON YELP AND GOOGLE FIRST BEFORE GOING TO THAT DEALERSHIP! More

Sanjee Repair The service mechanics and service techs at Bredemann Lexus are are the best.  I did not purchase my car here (but I will in the future) and I was give The service mechanics and service techs at Bredemann Lexus are are the best.  I did not purchase my car here (but I will in the future) and I was given the five start treatment.  I had a noise that another dealer could not/would not address.  I had the mechanic Vince, test drive with me and immediately he knew what it was.  The service techs, Malinda and Martha, were so accommodating with I pads and soft drinks.  The waiting lounge is lovely.  Malinda was able to provide an estimate as soon as Vince was done inspecting the car and Martha was great at reviewing my charges at the check out desk.  Thanks everyone who helped me with my car! We came in to look at a used Subaru we had seen online and worked with Glenn and Al when we arrived. The car was in pristine condition and we enjoyed our test drive. Al was very knowledgeable (despite the fact that it was not a Lexus) and made us feel very comfortable. We loved the car, but wanted to go home and think it over before deciding on the purchase. After a very unpleasant experience at another dealership days prior - pushy salesmen, misleading information and unprofessional behavior - we were thrilled when Al and Glenn gave us their business cards with a smile, told us to call if we had any questions, and let us walk out the door without a purchase. They won our business right there. We came back two days later with the intention of buying the car, and continued the pleasant experience. Al walked us through everything with a sense of humor and honesty. We met with Mike to go over financing, and he went above and beyond to make our purchase simple and efficient. Glenn followed up with us every step of the way to ensure our experience was positive and all our questions were answered. We could not have been happier with the level of customer service and care. We are grateful that they made the potentially stressful process of buying a car so easy.
