We felt very important and valued as a customer. He was patient in showing us the many reasons why getting the 2017 Lexus GS 350 Fsport is the best decision to make, and boy was he right! It was pretty intimidating to see all the technology that we have to learn but Ric was able to give us a step by step tutorial and he even made sure that we got it right before we drove away.
