The staff in the service department at Bredemann Lexus are so friendly, from the time you drive through the garage door until the time you drive out. Thank heavens for the maintenance plan and the fact that the leak was found. Marvin D was my Service Advisor. He was very reassuring about the repair that needs to be addressed on my vehicle. The fact that they could not pinpoint where the leak was coming from, he scheduled an appointment for the near future so they could inspect and repair. (They needed to clean the area where the oil was found) It is a very small leak I was told. My car will be repaired under warranty. I have all the confidence in the service department. I have been helped by Malinda, Christine, Martha and have been in close contact with the wash crew. I usually wait or go for a walk with my dogs. I do not take a loaner because I can appreciate the "no pet" policy. I prefer to wait or get a shuttle service home. Malinda, Martha and Christine are knowledgeable and have very well rounded personalities, which is a must have in the customer service world.
