My most recent visit for an oil change was with Malinda this past week. Malinda is very knowledgeable and made sure that my car was ready in the hour it was promised in even with my bluetooth repair. Always great Marvin and Pat are the nicest reps at the service center. They are always helpful and goes out of their way to make sure you leave satisfied. I brought in my car because it was leaking coolant fast. They got to the bottom of it and thought the problem resulted from a cracked water pump and broken thermostat and gave me a quote for a huge bill which I agreed. When I picked up the car, Marvin was honest enough to tell me the problem was just a broken thermostat which was replaced instead of going ahead and replacing both parts and thus saving me A LOT of money. Another time, someone screwed up my appointment for service by mixing me up with another customer with a similar name. Pat, another service advisor, took care of me and got me a loaner so that I wouldn't have to waste my time and money. I would recommend anyone to bring their cars to Bredemann Lexus and ask for Pat or Marvin. More
