Always great Marvin and Pat are the nicest reps at the service center. They are always helpful and goes out of their way to make sure you leave satisfied. I brought in my car because it was leaking coolant fast. They got to the bottom of it and thought the problem resulted from a cracked water pump and broken thermostat and gave me a quote for a huge bill which I agreed. When I picked up the car, Marvin was honest enough to tell me the problem was just a broken thermostat which was replaced instead of going ahead and replacing both parts and thus saving me A LOT of money. Another time, someone screwed up my appointment for service by mixing me up with another customer with a similar name. Pat, another service advisor, took care of me and got me a loaner so that I wouldn't have to waste my time and money. I would recommend anyone to bring their cars to Bredemann Lexus and ask for Pat or Marvin. More
