Fair and Easy Transaction I leased a RX 350 from Bredemann Lexus. First off I want to say this is not my first Rodeo. I have purchased, leased and even had a balloon loan wit I leased a RX 350 from Bredemann Lexus. First off I want to say this is not my first Rodeo. I have purchased, leased and even had a balloon loan with Lexus. This experience with Bredemann was by far the best I have had.to date. From the sales associate -Renis Pavlik to the sales manager -Tim Ryan to the finance guy -Jim Kennedy these people are professionals. They enjoy their jobs and truthfully want the best for their customers. I shopped around as of course a person should do, glad they had the best deal it was a little complicated with my trade in but they really wanted to do their best for me. When all was said and done......the pick up of the vehicle really was a pleasure. Renis showed me things that even I a 4 time Lexus owner didn't know. Really?! I highly recommend this team of professionals. Fair, honest and truly enjoyable. More

First off, Pat Kappel, who is one of the service advisors, went above and beyond for me during one of my service visits. She was incredibly helpful, supportive, friendly and very knowledgeable about my situation and helped make my experience a great one. Her individual attention made me feel like she was really taking care of me, and not like I was just another face in the crowd. And secondly, Marvin D., who is also in the service department, also went above and beyond for me. Both Pat and Marvin were amazing to work with and Bredemann is lucky to have them both. More

My car serviced I started coming to this dealer ship about 2 years ago when I was transferred for work in the north shore area. I like coming here because the dealer I started coming to this dealer ship about 2 years ago when I was transferred for work in the north shore area. I like coming here because the dealer gives you a courtesy shuttle and I am able to get dropped off at work. They also pick me up at the end of my work day. I have worked with Malinda, Christine, and Rodrigo. Malinda/Christine are hard working and go the extra mile to make sure customers are satisfied. My courtesy driver remembers which entrance to drop off and pick me up at. I also like the free wash, I wish I was able to get it weekly though! I will continue my oil change service at Bredemann's dealership. More

Friendly staff! In the meantime her co-worker Christine made sure the parts were in stock. Needless to say these two made this visit seem less. Best part they filled up my gas (I was close to empty) as a courtesy of the recall! More

Problem Fixed Quickly Martha is excellent! Came in this past week for a slight emergency. I left work to discover I had a flat tire. Martha kindly assisted me with out he Martha is excellent! She sent over a young man to change my tire and take my flat to Bredemann. Within two hours Martha had the tire replaced and had me come in to install on my ES.
