ripping of customer Towed in my GS350 2010 to bredemann lexus at 2000 Waukegan glenville. still 3 month warranty covered on my car and gave service men a warranty paper h Towed in my GS350 2010 to bredemann lexus at 2000 Waukegan glenville. still 3 month warranty covered on my car and gave service men a warranty paper he said will taking care it. the charge came out $1545. I have to paid first after couple day I called warranty company they said not cover because service men did not let them know first then about 5 day the car broke down again same problem. I took the car back in they found different problem will cost another $1600 I asked why you just fixed. "what I mean they did not fix the one have problem they fixed the one is good. also service men asked me the car was running before leave the shop right? I said yes for 5 day for $1545 charged. More

New tires I did price out tires at other facilities, Costco, duxler, and just tires. The prices quoted were just as much or just a few dollars less than at Lex I did price out tires at other facilities, Costco, duxler, and just tires. The prices quoted were just as much or just a few dollars less than at Lexus. I was pleasantly surprised. I did have new tires installed and received a complimentary alignment as a promotion. Malinda & Christine helped me fill out a rebate for $70.00 online. They filled out all the information for me and sent it thru, printing me a confirmation. Marvin is so helpful with Bluetooth and he understands my Tagalog dialect! Amazing customer service and great pricing. More
