She emailed me detailed estimates with descriptions of what the function and purpose of the repair. I did shop around and to be honest, I assumed the dealer would be much more costly but it was not. The service rep was very courteous and knew my parents. I appreciate her taking care of my family. Malinda is very informed about the workings of the vehicle and the car was repaired appropriately. I picked up my vehicle when it was done and I was told to see Christine as Malinda was on break. Christine reviewed all of the paperwork. I was given a goodie bag which some useful items. That is a very nice gesture and much appreicated! More
