Pathetic experience with used car I bought Nissan Rogue here. They performed 25 point inspection but did not inform or explain the work vehicle required which cost additional amount wi I bought Nissan Rogue here. It took weeks to get an appointment because everytime they make you feel you bought used car and not new one. moreover one of their guy even argued constantly rather than providing a solution. Won’t recommend this dealer for used cars. More

I recently bought a 2018 factory certified RX 350 from Howard. As usual, Howard went beyond the call. He was fair, honest and gave me as much training on the car's technology as I could absorb. He then invited me to come back for additional training whenever I wanted. Howard actually offered to come out to my house to program my garage door with the remote built into the car. I am 72 years old and have never experienced such a good experience with an auto dealer. On the business end, I dealt with Mike Shparago. What a totally pleasant person. He was very patient as he walked me through the forms I needed to sign as well as the extended warranty options, directing me to the best option for my situation. It felt like Mike was working for me as much as the dealership. And, BTW, the free exterior and interior care washes at Bredemann are the best! More

Excellent Car Buying Experience Yesterday I purchased a ES300H and couldn't be happier. the car buying experience was outstanding. When I mentioned to the salesman that I have diff Yesterday I purchased a ES300H and couldn't be happier. the car buying experience was outstanding. When I mentioned to the salesman that I have difficulty seeing in low light situations and was thinking of getting the upgraded headlight package, he suggested that I return to test drive the car after dark. He felt that the standard headlights (which are a big improvement over the headlights in my previous Lexus) would suffice. He was correct. Whereas, others might have been happy to give me what I thought I wanted, he was more interested in guiding me to get what I really needed. I bought the extended warranty and the tire protection plan the morning of my purchase. This was a stroke of luck because no sooner did I drive away from the dealership I landed in a pothole and got a flat tire. Despite not having processed paperwork, the dealership quickly replaced the tire under the warranty and now all is well and wonderful! More

She provided me with exact estimates on time and cost, explaining everything succinctly while being kind and understanding of my situation. I was expecting the job to take an hour, but took only 20 minutes. In that sense, I felt like my issue was prioritized and resolved in no time. I truly appreciate service reps like Christine because she holds her job to a very high standard and is absolutely accommodating, which I cannot say for a lot of other service reps I've dealt with in the past. On top of that, she had a great personality and works efficiently to make sure everything was correct and that you're happy. Experiences like this make me appreciate the Lexus brand and I look forward to my next service. More
