They followed through with all the actions they had promised. They continue to make follow up calls to ensure that owning a Lexus is a positive experience. I bought my first Lexus from Bredemann in 1992 and my fifth from them this year (2012). I immediately found a 350ES which is proving as reliable as my previous Lexus cars. Their work is always done on time, the parts are always available, the cost is always reasonable, the service technicians are honest and pleasant and knowledgable, they always have loaners available, I can always get an appointment within a few days and the car is always ready when they say it will be (barring something extraordinary). This is a recipe for success that is well-deserved and I will remain a loyal customer. I have had many cars in my 60+ years and my Lexus hybrid SUV is the most reliable and the lowest cost to maintain of all of them. I am one satisfied customer. More

My husband bought me a car from this dealership as a birthday present. It was in excellent condition and I have been taking it to the dealership for routine maintenance. The customer service has always been excellent, never any trouble getting a loaner car and when the there has been a delay they have called immediately to let me know with no issue about keeping the loaner car. I have gotten very pleasant emails from the owners/managers to let me know how much they value my service and it is appreciated. Personally I think their customer service skills are amazing based on my observations in dealing with some customers that I thought were difficult. My car is in excellent condition but if I decide to get another one, it will be from this dealership. More
