I bought our first Lexus from Noma Morris in 2006 as a surprise 70th birthday gift for my husband. I then visited every Lexus dealer in the metropolitan area and selected Bredemann. Not only was their price great, but their selection and most of all their staff (Norma Morris specifically) was far more cordial and helpful and patient. As a female car purchaser, it has been irksome over the past 40 years to be dealt with in a patronizing or pedantic manner, but this was not the case at Bredemann. Norma helped me select the perfect car, loaded with options and then personally drove it to the designated parking spot reserved in front of the restaurant where the party was held, oversized bow atop it. The 40+ guests as well as my husband, were delighted to see it, and amazed to hear the fun story of getting it there, thanks to Norma! When I wanted a new Lexus of my own, I went straight ti Norma at Bredemann and she helped me decide on a 2012 350 RX, which I have now driven happily for 6 months. As with the first car we bought from her, she followed up by phone and email regularly to assure all was well with it.
