I was looking for a 2013 Lexus ES350 and I contacted several Lexus dealerships in the Chicagoland area over the phone and by email. I told them I was looking for a 2013 ES350. The salesman gave me the MSRPs of a few he had that met my criteria. I asked him what the best price was over the phone. He told me that they don't quote prices over the phone and that I had to come in to get a lower price. He said it was their policy to not give out prices over the phone. Later that day I received 2 calls from them (Angela and a different sales person). They were willing to negotiate prices now. Unfortunately, it was too late as I had already received good pricing from McGrath and Woodfield Lexus and even if they matched it I would not buy with them. Why play this game in the first place, just give me your best price and it saves us both time. More

My husband and I have never looked forward to buying a new car. Our experience there was so wonderful that we're now Lexus and Bredemann customers for life (and no longer apprehensive to buy another car)! Brian Larsen gave us the white glove treatment with both pricing and financing. The entire car buying experience was highly efficient with Brian getting us out of the dealership with our new SUV in record time. Our salesperson, Renis Pavlik, was very personable and a great resource to us as we test drove the SUV and got familiar with its features. While we don't live close to Bredemann Lexus in Glenview, we'll be sure to make the trip down for free car washes and service because of the fantastic customer service we experienced during the buying process.
