My wife's 13-year old Lexus RX300 with high mileage arrived for a quickly arranged service appointment with Pat Kappel due to a problematic sound which began abruptly upon engine start-up. Pat has consistently helped my wife and I with the six vehicles we purchased from Bredemann Lexus during that past 20 years, including one as a gift for my sister on the East Coast. Despite the last-minute nature of this needed servicing, Pat as always, was so accommodating and arranged for a loaner vehicle which minimized any inconvenience to my wife and her work schedule. That day, upon learning that we need a rebuilt transmission, I determined that the book value of the vehicle would approximate less than $1,000 when the cost of the rebuilt transmission was subtracted from the Blue Book value. Hence, Pat arranged, at my request, to involve Wayne Phillips who has been so helpful in the past with my family's previous transportation needs and purchases. Wayne did all of the leg work to my specifications. And, after only several conversations on the same day, Wayne had been able to locate our "perfect replacement vehicle" at a very affordable price (2010 Lexus RX350) with all of the preferred bells and whistles, new tires, new brake pads, mint condition, and with more than 40,000 miles remaining on the full warranty. Even though the vehicle had less than 60,000 miles of prior usage, Wayne was able to ensure that the vehicle had a full 60,000-mile servicing and was ready the next morning to get on the road seamlessly. Working closely with Brian Larsen that same evening in which the RX300 was delivered to Pat, Brian Larsen cordially and efficiently completed the financial transaction without a glitch. No problems. No hassles. No surprises. What a team!!! They have our endorsement without any reservations. More

Also, we are confident that he will always be ready to serve us whenever the need arises (to his chagrin, more often than he’d like) and he’ll do so with a smile . Brian Larson was equally professional and we definitely tested his patience with our lengthy indecision as to our financing option. Like Jim, he was a pleasure to work with. Pat Kappel has become my wife’s “buddy” and it has been her care of our service needs and her attitude – like Jim’s and Brian’s – that have kept us at Bredemann Lexus. My wife and I just bought our second pre-driven Lexus, an ES 350, from Bredemann Lexus and salesman Jim Dyra. Bredemann is by far the best and most professional car dealership I've ever been to, and Jim Dyr ES 350, from Bredemann Lexus and salesman Jim Dyra. Bredemann is by far the best and most professional car dealership I've ever been to, and Jim Dyra is quite simply the best car salesman on the planet. Jim completely redefines the definition of car salesman as he makes buying a car a truly pleasurable experience. He is completely honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and his goal is that you get the car you desire and drive out of the dealership with a smile on your face. When working with Jim you feel you are one of his family. He also knows everything about the Lexus you are buying. When on a test drive Jim shows you all the driving options of which he is expert in. The only time Jim is at all slightly pushy is after you have bought the car, signed all the papers and are ready to drive it out of the lot. He will then spend as long as it takes (one and a half hours for this purchase) showing you all the options. When programming the bluetooth one button phone dial of your family and friends involved several steps, Jim had us go through the steps with not one or two but with all five members of our family. We left the dealership knowing all the salient features of our Lexus without having to refer to the manual. On the 2000 pre-driven ES 300 Lexus we bought seven years ago, I offered Jim what we were willing to pay which was a bit less than the advertised price, he came back within minutes of checking with management and said "okay that's fine". And talk about Lexus value and reliability, we had our Lexus for 7 years with just the standard maintenance and put 90,000 miles on it and after getting the tradein value our cost was about $10,000. Like everyone I like to get a deal, but when I get incredible service from someone in this life I like to reward them. For this car I said Jim you are so good, I am going to pay the advertised price. Jim, came back with the paper work and said well I gave you a few hundred off and am throwing in the new car mats and the navigation system upgrade you wanted. I had to give something back for this gesture so for the first time in my life I bought the 4 year extended warranty, which probably with Lexus quality I don’t need. As long as my wife and I shall live and own a Lexus it will be from Bredemann and Jim Dyra More

Howard was very knowledgeable on the RX model and took the time to explain the very minute detail of the vehicle. Because Howard was unavailable, Sue took over the final paperwork. Sue was very patient, friendly and also took the time to explain the features of the vehicle and made sure I was comfortable before driving off. John Hash was also wonderful to deal with; he was very approachable and provided me with a competitive offer that I could not refuse. When it came to financing, Brad was efficient, thorough, sociable, funny and made the whole experience painless. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car and great people to work with! More

I already had an old Lexus, and Sue knew I was going to test-drive a number of comparable cars (Audi, Mercedes, etc.) Sue gave me "space" to do this, and was there when I needed, but not "pushy" in the least when I did not. (She had every right to think that I would come back and end up with a Lexus, they are wonderful vehicles if you like a cushy ride with beautiful appointments.) While I was testing other cars, Sue found the color combo that I wanted in the ES350. When I went in to buy the car, she had the paperwork waiting, and I was finished and drove off in my new car less than two hours later! A great experience, could not have been easier. More
