I was very indecisive and didn't really know what I wanted or needed in a car. Paul Caputo was very patient and helpful in my multiple visits to the dealer. The price I paid seemed fair but the customer service was remarkable. Marty Bredemann even greeted us a couple of times before and after the purchase. I have nothing but good to say about my experience. I was treated very well. During negotiations for the car, there was no undo pressure and everything Wayne said would happen did. The final closing wa was treated very well. During negotiations for the car, there was no undo pressure and everything Wayne said would happen did. The final closing was so low key and without a difficulty that it has changed my entire opinion about the car buying process. I appreciated no big upsell at the closing and look forward to buying my next car from Wayne. More

I can clearly say the experience both in sales and the delivery of the new vehicles were were far superior from Bredemann than the previous Lexus dealer I was going to. Jeff Kobayashi and Howard Meron made the process a wonderful , easy and knowledgeable process. No other time, did i feel that I was treated like a "special customer" by a Lexus dealer. I did not feel that I was just a number in the process of a new purchase or lease, but was made to feel special and excited about the new vehicle I was looking into. We took the car for a test drive and fell in love with the car. Al then proceeded with the necessary paper work, and we got a great price. Al was very knowledgeable and helpful. Jim Kennedy handled the financing. He made my wife and I feel comfortable with a very friendly personality, and made the paperwork a smooth process. Al Holman then took us to the car and proceeded to show us how all the electronics worked. He answered all my questions. As a sales consultant Al Holman is a real professional, he made us feel very comfortable, and it was a pleasure working with him. Lexus is a quality vehicle, and so are the people of Brederman Lexus. Not only is he incredibly accommodating in terms of scheduling appointments, promptness and service, his extensive knowledge of the auto industry is unsurpassed. He is extremely helpful in guiding us in the purchase that best fits our lives. There is no one we have ever encountered who is more patient and spends more time demonstrating every detail of a new car than Howard. Perhaps most importantly, Howard continues that attention to detail long after the purchase has been made. Howard and Bredemann never fail to meet, and often exceed, our expectations for both purchasing an automobile and follow-up service. The RX350 was purchased for my wife to replace a 2005 RX330 which served us exceptionally well with great gas mileage and minimal repairs (with proper maintenance done of course as per the recommendations in the manual)- One problem was with the 6-cd Player -- we had a cd stuck in it and when the RX330 was out of warranty ---and the error code 4 appeared on the display which, according to the manual which said to return it to the dealer-- -the dealer "look at" charge was around $80 and the only solution was to have it removed and replaced for a cost around $800.00 -- according to many, many, many comments I found on various website blogs, Lexus had problems with the CD Players since 2004 and did not have a "recall" even thought these units appeared to be an on-going problem-- oh well-- I only hope that they fixed the problem on our 2014 RX 350 CD Player-- One more thing -- The Sales Manager VOLUNTEERED to "See what he could do " in his shop to fix my RX330 CD Player at no cost to me since I decided to keep the car at our vacation home in Wisconsin--We have 127,000 miles on it and it runs like new)-- now that is real "AFTER SALE SERVICE" DON'T YOU THINK??? More
First time visiting was treated rudely by the service rep handling my auto. After telling her I would chalk this up to a bad day another service provider called and very nicely apologized. Giving them another chance since they are very close to my home, Was upsold on a service that was due. I ended up calling 3 other dealerships to confirm without stating what had happened that I did not need what they said. Also price was much more. So I will take my business and future of buying 60k+ cars to another dealer in the area....Beware and shop because they wil try to sell you the services you do not need at a inflated price. Dan was not helpful either confirming that alot of customers like what they are sold in service. More

We also worked with Brian Larsen who was extremely helpful in arranging financing and documenting the transaction. While we were were finishing with Brian, Renis had the car ready for us to take home and spent a lot of time reviewing the car systems…bluetooth, navigation, radio, etc. We will definitely recommend Renis and Bredemann to our family and friends and will return to purchase our next car.
