He is equally good at his job and also very responsive to what is happening there. In finance Jim Kennedy made the deal very easy. There were no surprises and he was very efficient at his job. I just came home shortly with my new car and am happy to share my experience. I can not imagine going elsewhere for my next Lexus. More

We drove to Chicago from Durham and were met upon arrival by an entire team of top notch people. From the time we arrived until our departure (a grand total of 2 hours by the way), we were treated extremely well. I might add that as we were preparing to leave, the owner, Marty, came out to shake our hands and thank us for our business! Can I just say WOW??? This was a Saturday folks. How many owners do you find in a dealership on Saturday afternoon. A huge thank you to everyone at this dealership for making a dream come true! More

We never walk out disappointed. From the front door sales floor, to the car wash, and the service department we are always made to feel like they are happy that we chose them. The quality of the Lexus automobile is superior and speaks for itself. However, the buying experience is important. Bredemann is honest, caring and helpful and we never feel pressured. All the staff there represent a good & overall positive ambience, knowledgeable & helpful. But we always look for Howard Meron. Gotta love Howard. He knows his product inside & out and if there is a question he can't answer, he finds the answer quickly. He returns calls promptly and is always helpful…with a smile and a kind word.
