We decided that we no longer needed two c The ES300h is the third Lexus we have purchased from Bredemann Lexus (and one Prius from Bredemann Toyota). We decided that we no longer needed two cars so traded in an 2009 LS460 and the 2010 Prius for the new car. Over the years I have had excellent service and service consultants, Pat Kappel and Jeff Kaddatz are extremely professional. All the service works has been done on time and repairs, which were very rare (maybe 2 over 8 years), solved any problems I had which is a testament to the Lexus quality. When we decided to trade in and purchase the ES300h, we went back to Renis Pavlik for the third time. The trade-in value given was excellent and Renis made the purchase go very smoothly. Renis then went out with us to the new car and helped us get set up and on the road. She is incredibly knowledgeable on some of the smallest details one could imagine. If I have a question on how to set up the phone, radio, navigation system, she is right there to show us how to do it. We are extremely pleased with Bredemann Lexus which is why we keep going back!
