I have been going there for roughly the last 15 years. The same service rep has been there this entire time. The salesman I deal with, Wayne Phillips, is also still there. I bought my first car from him 15 years ago and I just bought a 3rd car from him this month. He has been at Bredemann for at least the last 15 years. Wayne gives me a fair price each time. I don't have to dicker on price much, Wayne gives me a fair price pretty much right off the bat. Service team drives me to and from the train and on the couple of occasions I needed a loaner, they gave it to me immediately, for free. Stop to think about the salesmen or service reps at other dealerships. They jump from one dealership to the next, one career to the next. My experience is that its just not that way Bredemann. More
