The Manager, Tim and the Sales People...TERRIBLE! I wanted badly to make a deal and to buy a Lexus which I did...with Lexus of Highland Park. When at Bredeman, I felt bullied and pressured without bei I wanted badly to make a deal and to buy a Lexus which I did...with Lexus of Highland Park. When at Bredeman, I felt bullied and pressured without being given much information. I left and did some more research and out of convenience (they are located 2 minutes from my work), I called Norma a sales person there that had been recommended to me. Not only did she never return my calls but when I called and spoke with the manager to see what he could do for me regarding a quote...he spoke to me with disrespect, was annoyed to talk with me over the phone instead of in person and told me so and in a condescending tone gave me a number and said "You won't find any better than that" and it was a number almost $100/month more than Lexus of Highland Park. Tim was a jerk and I would NEVER do business with Bredeman Lexus dealership. My experience with Highland Park was night and day in comparison on every level!! More

Leasing a car from Kathy Walsh was a delight!! I received a call from Kathy about leasing another RX and we quickly made a deal which was acceptable to both of us. I found her to be a personable and honest salesperson who was delightful to deal with. It is apparent that she is good at what she does and enjoys it equally. A salesperson like Kathy is what Lexus is all about! I also had the good fortune to meet with John Hash who is the sales manager. He is equally good at his job and also very responsive to what is happening there. In finance Jim Kennedy made the deal very easy. There were no surprises and he was very efficient at his job. I just came home shortly with my new car and am happy to share my experience. I can not imagine going elsewhere for my next Lexus. More

When my husband found one listed at Bredemann, the rest became legend! Steve Spritz helped us every step of the way, with almost unheard of customer service. We drove to Chicago from Durham and were met upon arrival by an entire team of top notch people. From the time we arrived until our departure (a grand total of 2 hours by the way), we were treated extremely well. I might add that as we were preparing to leave, the owner, Marty, came out to shake our hands and thank us for our business! Can I just say WOW??? This was a Saturday folks. How many owners do you find in a dealership on Saturday afternoon. A huge thank you to everyone at this dealership for making a dream come true! More

We never walk out disappointed. From the front door sales floor, to the car wash, and the service department we are always made to feel like they are happy that we chose them. The quality of the Lexus automobile is superior and speaks for itself. However, the buying experience is important. Bredemann is honest, caring and helpful and we never feel pressured. All the staff there represent a good & overall positive ambience, knowledgeable & helpful. But we always look for Howard Meron. Gotta love Howard. He knows his product inside & out and if there is a question he can't answer, he finds the answer quickly. He returns calls promptly and is always helpful…with a smile and a kind word.
