I rarely need maintenance; however, when the need arises I am always given professional and individual attention to any of my concerns. The consultants are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable as to any of my concerns relating to the operation and maintenance of my vehicle. These people know me personally, they remember my name, they are quick to attend to my needs. The three consultants that have assisted me the most over the past few years are Marvin Dumanlang, Christine Hackl and Malinda Montanez; all of whom I am very appreciative of their personal attentiveness to which they offer me each and every time I'm at the shop. Always willing to help and assist in every way; even if it's just me stopping in to ask particulars about my vehicle like making adjustments and setting my GPS and Bluetooth at no charge just happy to help. The dealership as a whole offers many amenities that others lack, like free car washes every week, a wonderful waiting lounge with various drinks and treats, even baked cookies. Not to forget a free Saturday brunch every week. All the staff are professional and friendly, even the gentlemen who wash and dry my car. Appointments times are handled promptly yet they are also quite good about dropping in without an appointment. Whenever I go, Marvin explains everything that needs to be done and the reason why.
