My salesperson was Kathy Walsh and she was great to work with; she was very knowledgeable about the car and the various packages and options. When her computer had problems, we walked to the manager’s office, John Hash, and used his computer. John was very attentive and added value to the sales process and when it was time to make a deal, he was a big part of it. After we completed the paperwork, Kathy spent over an hour with us explaining the various features of the car, especially the navigation system. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a Lexus. More
