She proved to be a great listener and was able to answer all of my questions with cogent arguments, so I was left with no doubt as to what service was needed -- and what service was to be done. Bluntly put -- this young lady is an accomplished and thoroughly experienced service adviser, ready to do her best, with exquisite finesse.
