Malinda Nguyen Montanez, service writer, is customer service orientated, focused and most of all a good listener. She knows her product and always answers my questions. Vince R. mechanic, has worked on my current Lexus RX350 and past ES350. When I pick up my car and have questions, he greets me at the service waiting area, explains what he did (and why) and what I need to have done during my next service appointment. I leave clearly understanding! Vince is the ultimate professional. I always ask for Malinda and Vince when I need service. More

A New Car, A New Lease, A Great Experience Walking into a car dealership is usually the last thing that any of us want to do, so you can imagine my delight to be greeted by Marty Bredemann as I Walking into a car dealership is usually the last thing that any of us want to do, so you can imagine my delight to be greeted by Marty Bredemann as I waited for my Sales Rep Ric Santos. Marty greeted me at the door, and was kind enough to say "thank you for the sale." Dealing with Rick Santos was a true pleasure, he was a very attentive sales rep. He answered all of my questions, and if he did not know the answer he was quick to get the answer. Michael Shparago, the Finance Manager was also a pleasure to work with, again all of my questions were answered. There was no game playing, and I did not feel as if I was getting the short end of the stick. I would encourage you, even if you are on the fence, just give them a try, you have nothing to lose. My salesperson was Kathy Walsh and she was great to wor I recently purchased a new RX 350 from Bredemann Lexus and it was a very positive experience. My salesperson was Kathy Walsh and she was great to work with; she was very knowledgeable about the car and the various packages and options. When her computer had problems, we walked to the manager’s office, John Hash, and used his computer. John was very attentive and added value to the sales process and when it was time to make a deal, he was a big part of it. After we completed the paperwork, Kathy spent over an hour with us explaining the various features of the car, especially the navigation system. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a Lexus. More
