In a matter of minutes, Malinda and Christine had my car checked, only to find out that there was a nail in my tire. The charges for the repair were clearly explained, and I was on my way in less than the time quoted for the work. Prior to saying that I would be happy to wait in the lounge area, I was offered a ride to a destination, if needed. Both ladies were terrific! They have helped me with service work on other occasions, and today was just another example of their efficiency and top quality care. I could not be more pleased! Next year when I give my Lexus to my grandson for his first car, I will do so with the confidence that it is in the best possible condition.
