The service associate, Martha Turaczy, was exceptionally pleasant and very apologetic when she explained what was required and what the cost was going to be. You can imagine my surprise when I learned she was putting the repair through as under warranty due to the exceptionally low mileage on the vehicle. Martha's type of customer advocacy is truly rare in business today. We will be back to Bredemann. My wife, who has never met Martha, says we should adopt her! More

Excellent Customer Service Leasing a new car was an excellent experience from the time I first walked in the door at Bredemann Lexus in Glenview. I was warmly greeted by the receptionist who directed me to Renis Pavlik. I found Renis to be very personable and easy to engage in conversation as far as understanding my overall need to lease a car versus making an outright purchase. It didn't take long for me to decide on leasing a 2015 Lexus 300h hybrid vehicle. It was the best choice I could make based on my desire to lease a luxury car with great styling, well appointed options and great mileage to boot. This is my second Lexus vehicle having traded in my 2011 Lexus ES 350 which I purchased as a certified car in 2013. Oh, and by the way, Tim Ryan gave me a great price on trading in my ES 350 to Bredemann Lexus. He was able to match the same price quoted to me by CarMax. MY special thanks go to Martha Turaczy and the technical specialist in the Service Department who helped to resolve an issue I was having with SiriusXM radio reception. My problem issue was quickly resolved and I was never left without having a loaner car for a short time. To sum it up, I am very satisfied with my new Lexus 300h. I am sure this vehicle will provide me with excellent service, quality, performance and reliability during the term lease period. I look forward to trouble free driving for the next three years and will definitely upgrade to another new Lexus upon the lease getting close to expiration. More
