Last minute tire issue---all taken care of! I went to Bredemann Lexus last Thursday night in a panic--my tire had a hole in it and I needed it fixed that evening. I showed up at the dealership I went to Bredemann Lexus last Thursday night in a panic--my tire had a hole in it and I needed it fixed that evening. I showed up at the dealership at 8:30, shortly before it was to close for the evening, and asked to purchase a wheel lock key and asked if someone could put on my spare. Jose was so nice and accommodating, and even patched my tire and went the extra mile for me. They have a new customer! More

Brought my car in for a scheduled maintenance. My experience was as it always is, excellent. Been going to Bredemann Lexus for many years, presently have two cars from them. Broken mirror fixed on the spot! I was visiting in Winnetka when I broke the drivers side mirror. As I was about to drive back to the east coast, I was anxious to get it fixed. The first person I encountered was Jose Montanez, who facilitated my entire experience. He arranged to have the mirror fixed on the spot, He also checked fluids, tire pressure, had the car washed.
